CLEARING EMOTIONAL PATTERNS
Changing an emotional pattern requires identifying the emotion, understanding the pattern, being aware of another way of expressing the feeling, and learning the lesson. Until we learn from an experience, we continue to recreate similar situations. Once we learn how to shift the blocked feeling, we are free.
Healing a cellular memory pattern involves awareness on all levels: mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical. Until a conditioned response is released from the body (physical/emotional) the behavior continues, like the conditioned response of Pavlovs dog. The body can be cleared by accessing the emotions through the alarm points, and the limbic system of the brainaccessed through smell.
Emotions are released by feeling both the negative and positive polarities, which allows access to both sides of the coin. Similar situations from the past will often surface; many can be released simply by acknowledging them.
The acknowledgement is brought to conscious awareness (mental/spiritual) by identifying the emotion, its other side, and the lesson or way out of an uncomfortable state.
