I'm a vegetarian. How will the 25 Body Type System work for me?

Do you crave chowing down on yummy vegetarian meals? Are meat and eggs a no-no, but you're still searching for strong (and tasty) sources of protein? Good news — you can modify your body type diet to meet your vegetarian needs!

Tweaking the meal plans to fit your lifestyle is a snap! Unlike some diet plans, the 25 Body Type System doesn't force you to choose between following the diet or honoring your vegetarian beliefs. In fact, just because dense protein appears on the sample menu for your body type, it doesn't mean you have to eat it! It just means you need to obtain protein from another source.

Just look how easy it is to enhance your diet:

  • Are your protein levels too low and you're feeling lethargic? You can alleviate that by eating additional concentrated protein sources. But what if you're a frustrated vegetarian, piling high on salads while sneaking steaks? If your body type requires dense protein (like the Thyroid), eating vegetarian cuisine will cause less-than-ideal results. What's less than ideal?
