EXERCISE FOR YOUR BODY TYPE

No single program is ideal for everyone, however, knowing your body type will provide the basic guidelines for a program that will truly support you.

When is the best time of day to exercise?  It varies from body type to body type. Exercise first thing in the morning is ideal for some types including the; Lymph and Pituitary body types.  Since exercise activates the lymphatic system, morning exercise for Lymphs gets them moving and sets the tone for the entire day.  If the Lymph type doesn’t have physical or mental stimulation, they get depressed, and for them, exercise activates their immune system keeping them healthy.

Since the pituitary gland resides in the head, Pituitary types benefit from morning exercise because it moves energy down into their bodies.  While exercise has a number of benefits, the greatest value for Pituitaries is in releasing emotional stress. They stay motivated much better when they can make exercise a social event.

The ideal exercise time for the Intestinal bodytype is 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, exercising earlier or later physically depletes them.

Gallbladders can do activities like walking, trampoline and gardening upon arising or any other time. However, Ti Chi, Yoga, and aerobic exercise is best done between 1:00 and 3:30 p.m., an hour after lunch; otherwise, they get too tired.

The ideal time for Adrenals to exercise is after 5:00 pm. Their best exercise is movement that covers ground such as running, biking, or swimming.

Stationary bikes cause the energy expended to be held in the surrounding area, whereas physically moving though space allows the energy to be dissipated, thus releasing the adrenalin held in the body from the emotional stresses of day.

The Thyroid body type can exercise whenever they can fit it into their schedule.  Muscle toning is the greatest value of exercise for Thyroids. Their immune systems and emotional states are only minimally effected.

While knowing how to exercise and what to eat is essential to having a healthy body, relationships make life worth living.

The psychological profile contains the core essence of a person’s personality revealing their true nature. You will spend at least 1/3rd of your life at work, by picking a career that allows you to express your characteristic traits at best, you can develop and live up to your highest potential.

Hire the right person for the job by matching the job duties with a person’s characteristic traits. For example, if you have an opening for a front desk position, do you want someone to simply greet people and answer the phone, or do you want someone who can also keep track of appointments, collect for services rendered and products sold, accurately file and handle simultaneous multiple input, such as two people wanting attention and three phone lines ringing at the same time?  Obviously, the job requirements are different.

Since you never get a second chance for a first impression, you want a receptionist who is above all, personable and makes a good impression.  People whose dominant sense is emotional are generally quite personable and excellent with people.  Good choices are: Gonadal, Pancreas and Skin body types.

For a busy front desk, you need someone who can handle and thrives on a lot of activity, as well as make a good impression, such as, a Lymph or Balanced body type.
