2. NEW article -- Sniff your way to self-awareness (and even reach the weight you want!)

Did you know that essential oils and clearing your emotional patterns can actually help you reach the weight you want? Check out our NEW article and use our easy-to-read chart to discover your body type's core issue and life lesson!

3. HOT TIP -- Listen to your body.

You're so stressed out, you could scream! Your brain's working double-time, you're on a deadline and you find yourself eating more and more….

Sound familiar?

If you're feeling this way, now is the time to listen to your body. Both physical and psychological events can trigger a change of eating habits. For instance, if you get a lot of physical activity on the job, you'll need more food than your friend with a desk job. If you're stressed out, you'll eat more or less food than when you're feeling mellow. The key is listening to your body and responding to what it needs.

If you are healing, under stress, or dealing with environmental or physical activity changes, simply tweak your diet appropriately and give your body what it craves. If you stick with the foods on your body type menu plan, you'll successfully balance your body (while providing the extra energy boost you need.)

4. November's Body Type profile -- Pineal.

Do you need sunshine -- and get depressed when it's cloudy and overcast? Is talking the best way to organize your thoughts? Do you need to sift through a multitude of random thoughts to get a meaningful message? You may be a Pineal type -- click here now to learn more!
