Have you tried a vegetarian diet, but ended up feeling tired, lethargic and constantly hungry? It's a common myth that vegetarian diets will work for everyone. However, only 13 of the 25 body types can get adequate nourishment from a vegetarian diet. Most types need 10-30 percent of their diet from dense protein (like eggs, fish, chicken and lamb.) If you're experiencing cravings and don't have much energy, check your body type and integrate additional dense protein into your diet. You'll start feeling stronger and happier in no time.
