Upper body gain refers to the torso, particularly across your back. The first sign is your bras get too tight or blouses start to gap and won't stay buttoned. Entire body gain is when it's hard to say where you gain, it's all over with no particular spot. Since your weight gain is so even, you can carry large amounts of weight without it being too apparent. Lower body gain includes waist, lower abdomen, upper hips, lower hips, buttocks, and thighs. Not all of these areas will necessarily be a problem. You will usually notice weight gain first in either the lower abdomen or buttocks, thighs may or may not be involved.
