How to Order

Online

You can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply add products to the shopping cart and follow the instructions for check out. If for any reason you have difficulty ordering online please send an e-mail to: services@bodytype.com or call our customer advice line (see "by telephone" below)

By telephone

Call between 9 am and 6 pm PT Monday through Friday. Please write down all your order information and have it ready when you call

Send a fax 24 hours a day with the following information:

Shipping address
Credit card info:

	type of card (Amex, Visa, etc.)

At bodytype.com we accept several credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for online orders.

Security of your order information is of the highest priority at bodytype.com. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts your order information so that only bodytype.com can decode your information. You can verify the security of your connection by checking the lower left-hand corner of your browser window. You will see either a closed lock

. We are confident that online ordering is totally secure. However, we are happy to accept your credit details by phone or fax, if you prefer.

Delivery

Depending on availability, orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Returns and refunds

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your money when returned in original condition within 14 days.

Registering for e-newsletter (e-mail address only)

Name and address

If you place an order, your name and address is held by our central database. To be removed entirely from our mail list, send write "remove mailing list" in the subject line.

We never give away or sell your e-mail address to third parties. However, we will send you occasional e-mail announcing specials and upcoming events. To be removed from the e-mail list, type in your e-mail address exactly as it exists on our list and then click "unsubscribe".

We are able to track your IP address as it moves through our website. We only use this information to improve the website and your online shopping experience.
