Cleaning the emotional pattern associated with your body type allows you to embrace your life lesson and can be done in three simple steps:
- Identify and feel the emotions associated with your dominant gland this is a core issue. A Thalamus body type, for example, would bring "fear of dependence" into their consciousness. (See table below).
- Feel or experience the other side of the emotion. This step shifts your focus from the negative feeling to the positive. The Thalamus type would feel or imagine "freedom" while smelling the proper essential oil (peppermint) and placing it on the acupuncture points for the Thalamus.
- Verbalize the "way out" which is the statement that allows you to move from the negative to positive emotion, "I am self-sufficient."
Core issues are deep patterns that require the repetition of this procedure to clear. If you want to learn your life lesson quickly, follow this procedure 18 times per daythat's the equivalent of every waking hour for seven weeks.
Since remembering or being able to do anything every hour on the hour is impractical, it can be done as close as 15 minutes apart. On an average working day, you may do it four to six times before your day starts, four to six times during the day and the remaining six to 12 times when you get home. If 18 times is too much try nine times for 14 weeks and go at your own pace.

Releasing an emotional pattern that limits you requires understanding the issue and how it affects your life. In other words, why are you experiencing this problem, what could you have instead, and what do you need to do to change.
