Generally sensitive on all levels, they must learn to listen to their intuition accurately and balance it with their mental acuity. Being highly susceptible to a barrage of internal information, they use talking as a way of focusing and as a means of sorting out what is most appropriate.

Pineal Body Type Diet

Meals - make lunch your largest meal with emphasis on protein.† Dinner ideally, is light and early, between 5 and 7pm with vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds, grains, and/or dairy.† Frequent small meals with snacks are best.

Foods - seeds, hummus and adzuki beans are supportive, almonds are not.† Rotation is important - no more than 2 consecutive days per food.† Eat most vegetables steamed or cooked, as you may have difficulty digesting raw vegetables, which are best eaten at lunch.

Emotional - Sunlight is essential for a positive emotional state.

Exercise - stops mind chatter and helps overcome depression.† Best before 3:00pm, 5 times per week.†

I have a strong, active mind, quick wit, and excellent verbal skills. I am always balancing my mental nature with my strong intuitive sense. I sense the emotional state of others, and sometimes confuse other peopleís feelings for my own. Iím a giver and easily assume a caretaker role.
