Depending upon availability, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. The delivery time for your order will depend upon the shipping method you choose.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
Through our online store we ship to all 50 states. If you reside outside the USA, please call your order in: 858.756.3704, between 9 AM and 6 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. The amount your are charged is to cover our cost for shipping and postage charges, as well as packaging materials to ensure your order arrives safely.
SALES TAX
Our offices are located in California, and current sales tax rates apply to all orders shipped to California addresses.
ONLINE SECURITY
We take all reasonable precautions to protect the security of your credit card information while you pay for your order on our website. We never store your credit card number on our servers, and it is never available to our staff at any time.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange items returned in original condition within 15 days of delivery.
