I noticed that I forgot to say that personality profile was gallbladder.I asked husband to look at both,and he thinks skin,so I will try the food regiman for a couple of months,and see how it goes,maybe then switch to gallbladder.I have noticed that I stay a lot more satiafied on more protein,and less carbs.I would love to hear from folks.
