You might try getting the book from the library or buying a used copy from http://www.half.com At least reading the material will give you much insight as to your true body type. There are 25 types; you may not be a Thyroid, but a blend of types. I didn't like paying nearly $30 for my copy (new from Barnes and Noble) but honestly, it has been worth every penny. Good luck!
