I am interested in trying this diet. Could you just give me the basics of the thyroid plan before I buy the book
I cannot eat meat due to a medical condition and wonder if meat and eggs are required on this plan. I eat mostly grains,veggies and fruit. I am on a very limited budget and cannot buy the book if it is going to tell me to eat all meat.Thank you
