My mother in-law bought me the book and I'm trying to find my type. My question is, I used to not gain on my abdomen, but have had three C-sections and now gain in my lower abdomen. How do I type now? Right now I seem to fit the thyroid type except I have wide feet and big hands. How much variation can there be?
