Are you familiar with Gymnema Sylvestre? As a thyroid type, I am addicted to sugar and haven't stuck with my plan for even one whole day! I have heard that gymnema blocks the taste of sugar. Could it help me get started on my program? I really want to be thin so badly! Also, can a thyroid type on Synthroid ever hope to be thin again?
