That's a good question. The *main* thing that's important is eating the right foods for your type. Some days, your body may tell you to eat a little more protein. Other days, you'll want to munch out on vegies. If you read pp. 140-142 in Different Bodies, Different Diets, you'll learn how to determine how much fat and protein your type needs. Once you've reviewed that information, turn to p. 256. The dietary emphasis will give you more information on your needed calories, fats and food choices. Remember, it's OK to take it slow. Start by making little dietary changes at a time. Even changing what you eat for breakfast will put you soundly on track! Thanks for posting! Please check back and tell us how you're doing.
