I am unable to positively determine between the intestin or pancreas types. I have hyperinsulinemia with increased testostorone levels and diabetes runs in my family. I have sleep apnae and most weight carried in upper abdomen. I have always had problems with either being constipated or diarhhea and have a spastic colon as well. The physical characterstics fit for both types. I am NOT considered the life of the party and do not have an oval face. Face is round, hips defined, small hands/feet but wide foot.
